Sickeningly sweet

Melony was lying on the sofa within her room, reading through her notes well really she was re-reading over the same notes, not entirely grasping what she was reading she sighed and put the pad back down on to the floor next to her throwing an arm over her face.

She had been avoiding watching Dominic's latest video message not that she had much of a reason too, aside from wanting to avoid hearing him go on and on about Sophie like he had in his last message, he hadn't even sounded like himself. More so he sounded like a love sick puppy it was sickeningly sweet and for some reason she had been avoiding it like the plague. She didn't think that she could stomach it or the flash of jealousy that had surprisingly flared up when she had heard of it, she still hadn't a clue weather or not it was down to her being protective over her friend or an interest in Dominic himself.

It was ridiculously frustrating to be so lost within her own thoughts and still not have a single hint as to which it was, and know that the answer may lie in the video she had spent so long avoiding. She sat up and went to the replicator and got herself a drink of green tea with a bit of honey, letting the cup warm her hands she took a sip and walked over to her desk deciding to get it over with she opened her video messages surprised to see more than just one from Dominic.
