Minor site update

Hi everyone

Just a quick note that I've added a new feature to the site - a WYSIWYG editor (What You See Is What You Get). You should see it on the pages for writing a mission post, personal log and news item, as well as when composing a new PM.

The options on it that I've set are fairly minimal, since we don't tend to use much formatting in posts (though I've added some extra buttons for news items and PMs), but in short, we've got:

Undo/Redo, Bold/Italic/Underline and Horizontal Line. There's also a button to remove formatting from the selection, a button to view the raw HTML of what is going on behind the scenes (if you prefer to edit the formatting of your posts directly), and a Formats drop-down, which will let you select things like headings or centre alignments and the like. The bottom of the text area now has a status bar which tells you what formatting is active and what your word count is.

I've done some basic testing on my laptop before applying it to the site, so it should work well enough, but if you see any issues with it, or if you think we need more buttons at the top, then let me know and I'll take a look into it.
