More website updates

So I've made a few more changes to the website.

The first (hopefully) you won't see. The default way Nova skins are set up is that you have a different set of skin files for each section of the site - one for main, wiki, admin and login (and in our case, one for forum too). Any change you make on one, you have to make on the others to get the site to look uniform.

I've changed that so that all sections of the site use a single set of skins. Hopefully I've tested it properly and you won't see anything strange as a result, but if you do let me know.

The second thing I've changed is how the forum is integrated into the site design. The old way I did it was a bit messy, and meant that we had that horrible situation with two scrollbars. The new way I've done it looks much more seamless, and gets rid of that particular problem. The only thing is that that particular page can't detect when you're logged into the Nova site at the moment, so you won't get the dashboard panel at the top or a link to the control panel. I'm working on seeing if I can fix that.
