Splash page changes

Hi everyone

I've made some minor changes to our splash page (the bit of the site you hit if you go to http://highlander.pegasusfleet.net).

Mostly it's just swapping out the hard-coded styling in the HTML to make use of a CSS style sheet instead. I have however been playing around with trying to make it more responsive. If you view it on a mobile phone, or shrink your desktop window below 733px wide, it should dynamically change its appearance to one that is more suitable for narrower screens.

The only browser that I'm having trouble with (at least on a Windows PC - I don't have a Mac to test on there) is Safari. For some reason it insists on using the narrow style, which doesn't work for wider screens. Need to try and figure out how to fix that, but if anyone comes up with any issues aside from that one that might be related to the changes I've made, let me know.

I've not made any changes to the Nova site with this, but my hope is at some point in the future I'll be able to code a mobile version of the site's skin to make the rest of the site responsive too.

I think I've fixed the Safari bug :D So it should display fine on all devices (though I've only tested FF/Chrome/Safari/IE on Win7 and Safari on iPhone)
